Hand & Foot Introduction Workshop

In MELT class we use soft balls to help you get out of and stay out of pain, slow the signs of aging and improve performance in other physical activities you do. In MELT we work the connective tissue system—a system that diet and exercise don’t address. Through positive compression and tension techniques, you will rehydrate your connective tissue and rebalance your nervous system resulting in improved alignment, muscle timing, and balance while reducing inflammation, joint compression and pain. If you feel stiff in the morning, have neck, back or shoulder pain, trouble sleeping, or feel great and want to stay that way give MELT a try. Caregivers are welcome..

Susan Shelton is a Certified MELT Hand and Foot instructor as well as a Stott Pilates Certified Instructor. Susan’s passion is correct form, good posture and a balanced mind and body. Susan gives all clients personal attention to make sure they maximize the benefits of Melt. Questions? Email  This email address is being protected from spambots. Walking Indoors

Monday - Thursday 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Beginning January 12

Walking Indoors is a great way to keep moving during the colder months. Every week Monday - Thursday, walk the halls of Center Line High School on a smooth surface out of the cold. Walking is great excercise whether you enojy the solitude of walking on your own, listening to music, or by meeting up with friends to walk as a group. There are no check-ins or group seminars--this is simply a great place to walk.

Meet in Room A-102 where you may leave your coat. Enter at the rear of school at door #45. If school is closed due to weather or holidays, there will be no walking. CLHS is closed the week of April 6, 2015.
