Meets at the Rec Center on Thursday nights. Wear a leotard or shorts and a t-shirt (no jeans). No class on 2/14 2/21 & 3/27. Recital to be held Friday, May 9. Registrations required in advance, no registrations taken the night of class.
YOGA/PILATES SYNERGY

This class combines the most effective movements from Yoga & Pilates, (Core Conditioning) to give participants more rapid & balanced development of their bodies than when either discipline is performed separately. You will develop a LONG, LEAN, BODY, with this workout which relieves stress, creates better balance & helps you lose weight. Bring a Yoga Mat or exercise mat or they will be available for sale ($25). Classes held at the Center Line Parks & Recreation Center.

Moms! Our day of adventure begins as we take in some military history at the Selfridge Air Base! Sons! Our adventure continues at Bouncin’ Kidz as you jump around like crazy trying to shale all of that learning right back out!
*The Selfridge Military Air Museum and Air Park preserves the heritage and tradition of the Air National Guard in Michigan. The Air Museum includes displays from various military conflicts reaching as far back as World War I. The Air Park has planes and other vehicles on display that have been used over the last century for military purposes.
*Bouncin’ Kidz Party Central I where we’re going to have fun in our own private facility.
The sons will jump, climb and slide through all of the incredible inflatables. Mom’s can join in the jumping too!
Everything from Giant slides to their famous “Chaos” obstacle course will be available.
The kids can climb aboard the “Buccaneer” Pirate Ship for an awesome adventure! This will make for some great memories together. Includes bus, museum, private bouncing party and pizza lunch.
