We were so pleased with all the nominations that were submitted this year.  Thank you for helping us identify those special homes in Center Line for review.  There were so many, that when we analyzed the results, we found that we really needed three different categories to fully appreciate the differences in how people landscaped their yards.   We hope you will agree:

4     8419 Wainwright..we would also like to compliment you on your creative use of plant materials and textures and home décor items resulting in creativity in overall                                                                                                   design.

6   8441 Ten Mile Road.........we would also like to compliment you on your creative use of color, and creating a lovely textured display of plant material.

13  8710 Stephens.......we would also like to compliment you on your wonderful use of color, creating beautiful textures in plant materials, and also your ability to blend and incorporate gardening statues and shapes in your garden, creating a whimsical, sweet gardening area.

Thank you so much for your support and generosity.

We were also able to buy more perennials to incorporate into our existing gardens.

  Beautification Committee Paper Retriever Bin

paper recycler

The Beautification Committee works hard to keep Center Line looking beautiful, but it takes more than just hard work to plant and care for the flowers and other decorative plants. It takes money to buy the necessary supplies. Now you can help the beautification committee raise the funds it needs without spending a dime. Just take all of your magazines, mail, newspapers, and other paper to the green and yellow recycle bins located in the southeast corner of the City Hall parking lot. Recycling your papers in these bins is good for the environment and good for Center Line. Please remember to shred any documents containing personal identification. The bins also cannot accept cardboard or phone books.
