AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ARTICLE VIII TO REDEFINE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL AND RESIDENTIAL INSPECTION AND REGISTRATION TO INCLUDE ALL NON-OWNER OCCUPIED PROPERTIES EXCEPT FOR GOVERNMENT OWNED BUILDINGS AND RETAIN THE EXEMPTION FROM INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTAIN GOVERNMENT INSPECTED PROPERTIES.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ARTICLE 1 CODE 1962, 4-105 SECTION 18-5-LICENSE APPLICATION TO REDEFINE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR ANY PERSON DESIRING TO ENGAGE IN ANY REGULATED BUSINESS ACTIVITY IN THE CITY SHALL MAKE AN APPLICATION WITH THE CITY CLERK IN THE MANNER AND FORM PRESCRIBED BY THE CLERK.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF CENTER LINE. AN ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY TO HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO DELCARE A SPECIAL EVENT A FAMILTY EVENT. “SPECIAL EVENT” SHALL MEAN ANY EVENT LOCATED IN THE CITY, COORDINATED OR SPONSORED BY THE CITY.
